How to Return an Item

We accept returns for defective products only. If you receive an item that is damaged or not functioning as expected, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. If the item is defective we arrange courier collection FREE of charge.
